POLICIES
My books are closed to new clients. Any appointment requests from non-regular clients will be declined. Please join my Wait List (link can be found in the 3-bar menu). Former clients who have not booked with me for 6 months must join the Wait List, unless we have discussed it prior.
For current clients:
In order to stay on time for you all, I need my clients to be on time for me. If you are running late, let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Consistent last-minute cancelations and reschedules may result in requiring pre-payment for your appointment. Significant service changes at the time of service (for example, if you book a 3-hour service and then switch to a 45 minute service) will incur a $20 fee.
In the event of a no-show (with no communication) or a cancelation due to tardiness, you are required to pay the full cost of your appointment before you will be able to book with me again.

A "squeeze in" fee of $20 may be applied if you are unable to find an appointment that works for you, resulting in me coming in to work before/after hours, on my day off, or working through my lunch to accommodate you.
If you have anything on your nails that must be soaked off (acrylic, for example), you MUST add that to your appointment. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your appointment.
Builder gel is guaranteed for 1 week. If you have any breaks, lifting, peeling, or anything else, contact me so I can repair it for free. Damage caused by the client is not covered.

Nail art is not available with regular nail polish.
Fills are recommended every 3 weeks. Appointments beyond 4 weeks will be charged as a new full set.

Nails and skin must be healthy. As per the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, I may not diagnose, treat, or perform services on nails which have an infection, fungus, disorder, or other contagious disease. This includes ingrown toenails.
